General information about the registration procedure
All participants must use the AZUR Colloque interface to register to JNTE’17.

Conference fees include the conference, poster session and exhibition access, proceeding, coffee breaks, Monday to Wednesday lunches, Tuesday Gala dinner.
Gala dinner
The Gala dinner will be held in the Castle of Vilette, in Menestreau-en-Vilette (half an hour from the conference place). Here are two pictures of the castle.
The castle hosted 23 rooms and there are possibilities to pass the Tuesday night in the castle (not included in the conference fees, as the taxi to return to conference place or Orléans). Please contact the castle directly if you are interested : http://www.chateau-de-villette.fr
